This book is so beautifully written and I am so impressed by the writing, they are …… elegant.
I read about 40 pages and I knew this story would somehow break my heart, I could feel the sadness, pain and suffering in the lines. Well, it\’s a story about a Jewish family in World War II, what could I expect.
I found this book in the library two days ago when I had turned in my exams early and I just didn\’t want to dive into any other subjects right away. I had nothing in mind as I browsed through the books there, just hoping to see some names I might be interested in.
I sat on the floor as I saw the spine of an amazing book I had read before and started recommending it to my friends. Just then, I saw it, not far away, a beautiful spine, so I pulled it out and found it had a beautiful cover as well. I took it with me, read a few lines on a nearby couch, and instantly, I decided to take it with me.
This book is well worth reading. It brightens up, (a little odd to put it this way since it is not an cheerful book), anyway, it brightened up my stressful exam preparation days. I enjoyed reading it.
