I have been thinking of being a front-end developer in the future as my career, and so I am trying to do some self-study in advance, and get myself more well-prepared.

After several of my research, a very common suggestion given is that don\’t get a taste of a wide range of knowledge and skills, but dive deeper into a specific one, so that when narrowing down the case, no one else but you could do the job.

But when bringing the case to my major, what I am studying in university. Although I am in year 2 only and I still got a long way to go to develop my professional skill, one spectacular disadvantage of my study is that our program is designed to let us have a taste of many things, leaving space to ourselves for future development. I could just follow that, BUT… I do want to follow my own path. Thus, I have to let the companies find that I am just the person they have been longing for right after I graduate.

That\’s hard. I know it\’s hard. I got nothing to lose anyway.

One important and life-changing lesson I learned here is that if you want something for yourself, and you know that it would benefit you and you will like it, then, fight for it, and fight as hard as you could. And enjoy the pure pleasure it brings, talk to yourself, Damn, I got another fucking-hard shit done.

On my way, keep going.
